Bernard De Cadenet
Mr. Bernard De Cadenet, Vice-President of Brittany Regional Council and President of the Inter-celtic Watersport Festival International Committee, told us about his great satisfaction in seeing inter-regional cooperation being developed around the concept of the Inter-celtic Watersport Festival.
He believes that :
- The current cooperation established for a coordinated development of water sports activities in our regions, is the result of contacts and exchanges generated by the annual organization of the Inter-celtic Watersports Festival since 1995.
- The quality of our water sports facilities and common maritime culture are great assets. Thus, the dossier submitted within theInterreg III b Atlantic Space should enable us to progress beyond this inter-regional cooperation in the development of water activities.
Finally, Mr. De Cadenet would like to thank all those who, for the past ten years, have been involved in this dossier as well as congratulating organizers and their private and institutional partners for the realization of this ninth Inter-celtic Watersport Festival.
