Brittany Ferries (B.A.I.), is one of our major sponsors for the Interceltic Watersports Festival in 2003. Part of the agreement includes crossings at reduced prices and a pre-booking system for the most popular crossings. See timetables : Brittany Ferries For pre-bookings until the end of March, on certain popular crossings : Plymouth/Roscoff From Friday 18/07/03 at 23h00 to Saturday 19/07/03 at 7h00 or 8h00 150 passengers - 70 vehicles - on board accommodation Cork/Roscoff From Saturday 19/07/03 at 15h30 to Sunday 20/07/03 à 6h30 ou 8h00. 100 passengers - 40 vehicles - cabins Roscoff/Cork From Friday 25/07/03 at 23h59 to Saturday 26/07/03 à 13h00 100 passengers - 40 vehicles - cabins Reductions Please find below the reductions suggested by Brittany ferries to the different delegations:
(reclining seats, berths or cabins). The reductions also apply to the on-board accommodation. Booking procedure Delegations fill in vehicles forms and send them to the Organising Committee who will pass them on to Brittany Ferries. Brittany Ferries delivers a booking reference and sends an estimate to the Organising Committee. Follows payment within 5 days for your booking to be taken into account (at the risk of the cancellation of the booking). The estimate is then sent to the delegations. They in return reply very shortly with their bank card number and its expiry date for information via the Organising Committee to Brittany Ferries. Ticket will be issued on the day of departure on presentation of the booking reference, at the outside checkpoint for passengers with transport, in the maritime port for foot passengers.
